This home delivery service is provided to any residents of Arkansas City who have physical limitations or transportation difficulties that make it impossible to visit the library on a regular basis.
Deliveries of books and other media from the library’s collection are made every other week; participants can choose bi-weekly or monthly deliveries.

ACPL reserves the right to limit the number of participants and deliveries to homebound patrons.
Note: if you do not have a library card from Arkansas City Public Library, you must first obtain one before getting on the homebound delivery list. Please visit us in person with valid ID or call to arrange for an application to be mailed to you.
