This month’s spice is ready for pick-up!

This month we’re featuring Juniper Berries, which are female seed cones from different species of juniper trees. They are the key ingredient in gin and have a piney/citrus flavor. They’re commonly used in German food and regularly cooked with lamb and wild game.
